Jens Maitland

Jens joined LOM in May of 2009 and is a member of our sales and marketing team responsible for the Investment Savings Plan and the Retirement Savings Plan and our Captive Insurance Initiative. Jens handles processing of mutual fund transactions, equity trades, redemptions and client communications for management of client accounts.

Career Summary

  • 1994 Marketing Sales Manager for Burrow Lightbourn Ltd., responsible for marketing and sales of their popular international brands.
  • 1998 Bacardi Brand Manager, dedicated to the awareness and branding of Bacardi in Bermuda to assist the parent company (Bacardi International Ltd.,) in bringing greater awareness of the global headquarters presence in Bermuda.
  • 2001 Vice President of General Administration for Bacardi International Ltd. Hired by the international company to oversee the Bacardi International building as well as the Public Relations in Bermuda for the company.
  • 2004 to 2006 Sales Executive for Tucker’s Point Club, selling the very unique and popular Residence Club , the first fractional development in Bermuda.
  • 2007 to 2009 Vice President of Sales and Marketing Southlands/Morgan’s Point. Assisted the owners/developers in all aspects of the two proposed developments with respect to fractional and whole ownership real estate sales.


 

Mark Jennings

Mark joined LOM in March of 2009 and is a member of our sales and marketing team responsible for new business development as well as our Investment Savings Plan and the Retirement Savings Plan.  Mark handles processing of mutual fund transactions, equity trades, redemptions and client communications for management of client accounts.

Career Summary

  • 2001-2003 Mutual Fund Accountant for Bank of New York, responsible for calculating the Net Asset Value for Bond, Equity, Money Market & Multi-Manager Funds.
  • 2003-2006 Fixed Income Portfolio Assistant/Equity Portfolio Accountant for Alliance Bernstein on their Credit Derivative, Futures & Corporate Bond Trading Desk
  • 2006-2007 Associate for Highbridge Capital Management on the Fixed Income & Credit Opportunity Fund Trading Desk.
  • 2007-2009 Associate for GSO Capital Partners/ The Blackstone Group on the Treasury, Trade Support & P&L Trading Desk.


 

Tanya Kramarska

Tanya joined LOM in August of 2007 and is a member of our sales and marketing team responsible for new business development as well as our Investment Savings and Retirement Plans. In addition, Tanya works closely with senior advisors to efficiently care for client accounts.

Career Summary

  • 2004 - 2007 Senior Investment Associate, Scotia Capital, Toronto Canada. Working with two Portfolio Managers, responsible for all client account operations and accounting; developing and maintaining of complete financial plans and retirement projections, managing administration of estates; preparation of client performance reports.
  • 2000 - 2004 Investment Advisor Assistant, Assante Capital Management, Hamilton, Canada
  • 1999 - 2000 Future Credit Union, Client Services
