Corporate Finance - LOM Capital Limited
LOM Capital Limited is the corporate finance subsidiary of LOM (Holdings) Limited . As an approved listing member of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), LOM Capital can assist with and sponsor both secondary listings (for companies already listed on other recognized world exchanges) and initial listings. Sister company Lines Overseas Management Limited, as a full trading member of the BSX, can assist with after-market trading. Prospective issuers must be approved by LOM's in-house listing committee and complete a thorough due diligence process.
LOM Capital has been retained to sponsor the secondary listings of a number of NYSE-listed insurance companies on the BSX. Past listings which LOM Capital has sponsored include:
