Scott Hill is the Managing Director of Lines Overseas Management Limited. Mr. Hill sits on the Executive Committee and serves as Chairman of the LOM Credit Committee. He is a member of the Association of Bermuda Compliance Officers and the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists. Mr. Hill joined LOM Securities (Cayman) in 1996 as Operations Manager and Director, before moving to Bermuda in 1998 to serve as Compliance Manager for the LOM Group. He received a B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1988, and did additional graduate work in business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to joining LOM, Mr. Hill worked with SEC registered investment firms in Baltimore and Bermuda, where he held Series 3 and 65 NASD licenses.
