    Waterstart promotes environmental awareness and personal growth through experiential education. The organisation has developed a collection of highly successful outdoor education programmes. Waterstart encourages critical thinking skills and self-confidence in students through practical skill training while building an inclusive community of ocean stewards.

  • Central Caribbean Marine Institute (CCMI)

    CCMI is a leading research, conservation and education organistion dedicated to the preservation and understanding of coral reefs and marine ecosystems. CCMI undertakes critical work in the Cayman Islands through cutting edge, impactful studies and transforms this research into conservation and education initiatives which serve to bridge the gap between knowledge and action.

  • BREEF

    BREEF is a Bahamian non-profit with a multi-pronged approach to protecting the marine environment. The organisation encourages environmental stewardship, advocates for strong policy, restores reef habitats and represents the region internationally. BREEF is dedicated to grass-roots initiatives and proudly reaches over 3,500 students a year through their education programmes.
